FIDELITY LAND TITLE, LTD was founded by Donald R. Tully in 1949.
309 S. Main Street has been the home for FIDELITY LAND TITLE, LTD. since
1967, when its founder bought the former St.
Mary's Episcopal Church in May of that year.
Originally the first building to occupy this address was the Universalists
Church which had been built in the mid-1800's. In 1902, St Mary's
Episcopal Congregation rebuilt the church as it stands today. The church
continued its worship until 1959, when they merged and moved the
congregation to Fort Atkinson.
In order to keep up with the ever increasing real estate demands,
it became necessary for FIDELITY LAND TITLE, LTD. to expand its
operation to facilitate those demands. After many months of planning,
1987 was the year for said expansion of a two-story - 5,000 square foot
addition to the existing building. Included in that expansion was the
main closing room and atrium overlooking the city fountain;
two circular-conference/closing rooms and additional offices.
Their commitment to quality and service is reflected in its logo
"BUILT ON FAITH - SUSTAINED BY SERVICE".
